Choose from one of two packages. The only difference between the two is where you would like to work: my location in Columbus, Ohio USA or your location.
Evaluation at Columbus Ohio
Fly in and our of Port Columbus International Airport at your Expense.
Lodging at your expense. We recommend staying at Double Tree Guest Suites Columbus.
Two Days Evaluation (approximately two hours on the first day and one hour on the second day) at Double Tree Guest Suites Columbus either the day you arrive or the following day depending on your particular circumstances. Evaluations are scheduled Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of every week.

Seven Day Evaluation and Training at your Location.
I am available to come to your location. You must arrange and pay for: flight, hotel, and $1,500.00 U.S. per day.
Have a bed, table or other flat surface that you can easily lay on at the time of the evaluation and each day of training.
Someone, other than myself, must be present with you each day.
Evaluation (approximately two hours on the first day , and one hour on day two).

Once the evaluation is completed you will be given my assessment and the opportunity to work with me.
A legal contract will be signed by both of us setting out our respective responsibilities.
Once the contract is signed, very detailed training and instructions in treating and healing your low back injury will be given. Over the next five days you will have daily assignments that you must complete and which I will assess. After our week together you will have learned the foundational skills needed to achieve your goals. I will continue to monitor your assignments, assess your results, and communicate with you via the internet and/ or phone. You will have your own personal web site. This web site will track assignments, data, and all communications; allowing us to work with each other every day and making sure that progress consistently occurs. There is no time limit on this contract. I will work with you until you have reached the goals that you and I have agreed to.
The average length of time with my clients is 4 – 6 months and will be shorter or longer depending on the severity of the injury and the agreed upon goals. |
